- Manage PO’s and purchasing workflows
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure materials are available

- Maintain visibility into raw material, work-in-process, finished goods inventories
- Support inventory reconciliation processes and monitor it and shortfalls
- Improve inventory tracking systems and reporting
- Coordinate materials and finished products movement, support planning and fulfillment
- Coordinate with external manufacturing and logistics partners
- Ensure smooth handoffs between operational functions
- Support ERP implementation and adoption
- Improve operational workflows and processes
- Maintain operational dashboards, trackers, and reporting systems
- Drive process consistency across departments
- Develop and maintain operational metrics and KPIs
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports
- Support data-driven decision making
- Create visibility into operational performance
- Track improvement project milestones and action items
- Follow up on commitments and outstanding tasks
- Escalate blockers and risks appropriately
- Reinforce accountability and follow-through
- Create clarity around responsibilities and expectations
- Help build scalable operational systems
- Support quality documentation and record management
- Coordinate testing, holds, releases, and investigation workflows
- Maintain visibility into quality metrics and reporting
- Ensure quality-related information is organized and accessible
- Support corrective and preventive action tracking
- Partner with engineering and manufacturing to ensure process compliance
- 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics
- Demonstrated ability to build structure and improve processes in a growing or changing organization.
- Experience managing projects, systems, or operational processes
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- ERP systems or business management software proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting tools
- Proactive communication and follow-through skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable and thrives on working in expanding, frequent change noncorporate environments
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively across departments.
- Manufacturing, chemical, pharmaceutical, food production, or process industry experience
- Inventory management and procurement or supply chain experience, a plus
- Experience implementing or improving ERP systems preferred.
- Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
